# Here. (在呢)

> A presence app for adolescents (12–20) who have withdrawn: stopped going to school, stopped talking, stay in their room.
> One tap means "I'm here." An AI that asks nothing. A parent pays; the child never sees a price. Parents never see content.

## What it is
- A one-bit heartbeat: here today / not today. No content, no mood, no scores, no streaks, no notifications.
- An AI companion that never urges, never pressures, never lectures. It admits it is an AI.
- The child can talk to it or just tap. It answers one line at a time and does not widen the topic.

## What it is NOT
- Not therapy, not counseling, not diagnosis, not crisis care. We do not claim it works.
- Not a companion that pretends to be human. Not an engagement product: nothing is designed to bring the user back.
- Not a monitoring tool. The parent sees three things only: tapped today or not, times spoken this week, and a "please be around" flag with no content.

## When not to use it
- Self-harm, refusing food, a full day without a word, unreachable: see a doctor or call a hotline first. Here. steps aside for medicine.

## Safety
- Self-harm or abuse signals → the child gets hotlines (US 988, UK/IE Samaritans 116 123, elsewhere findahelpline.com; China 12356). The parent sees one sentence, no content.
- Every reply is checked by a rule layer and a second model for urging, lecturing, or judging parents. Only verdicts are logged, never text.

## Privacy
- Conversations: 7-day rolling deletion, one-tap full delete by the child, never used for training or recommendations.
- Stored: a login id, heartbeat events, 7 days of text, a short memory list the child controls. Not stored: name, phone, school, location, contacts.
- Referral codes attach to the paying parent only, never to the child.

## Business model
- The heartbeat is free forever. A parent may pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited conversation. Never billed per message. The child never sees payment.
- Referral partners (clinics, associations) see aggregate counts only: cards sent, activated, paid.

## 是什么
- 一比特心跳:今天在 / 不在。没有内容、情绪、分数、连续天数、推送。
- 一个绝不敦促、绝不逼迫、绝不说教的 AI。承认自己是 AI。

## 不是什么
- 不是治疗,不是咨询,不做诊断,不做危机处置。我们不承诺它有用。
- 不是监控工具。家长只能看到:今天点没点、本周主动开口几次、有没有"建议关注"。

## 什么情况别用它
- 自伤、拒食、一整天不说话、失联:先去医院或打热线(12356)。它主动让位给医疗。

## 隐私
- 对话七天自动删,孩子可一键全删,不用于训练。不存姓名、手机、学校、位置。
